“Client Interaction: Since taking over the care of my mum’s needs over a year ago, there has been a consistent level of first-class care given to her. The carers are professional, well trained, friendly, reassuring, and compassionate. Each carer goes above and beyond for my mum, and nothing is too much trouble. They take the time to listen to her and really get to know her. They aren’t just carers to mum, they’re her friends now. They’ve also taken the time to get to know me, as well, which I find reassuring. They are an extended part of our family now.
Communication with Client’s family/point of contact: This has been good right from the start, but recently it has been excellent when my mum’s cognitive and physical state declined. There have been times when I’ve had to call out of hours and either Polly or Gemma have been on hand to answer my call and deal with whatever issue arose. This has taken a huge worry from me, as physically I can’t do as much for mum as I used to be able to do. But nothing is too much for them and they are fantastic.
Management Interaction: I can’t state enough just how excellent the management is. They haven’t just helped mum, they’ve helped me by helping me advocate for mum with doctors, and other health officials. It’s been a learning curve for me, and I’ve not always known how to swim these new waters, but they’ve been behind mum and myself one hundred percent and I will be forever grateful to them. They’re more than just a carer company, they are family. I’ve heard them called the ‘pink angels’, the ‘crème de la crème’, and they are deserving of both titles. Their moto is ‘Caring with compassion’ and it fits one hundred percent. I don’t know if there are awards in the care industry, but I know that this company is the gold standard of care and should be recognised as such. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to express just how grateful I am, and how much I appreciate them. I would recommend this company every time.”

"Mum receives support from Complete Care three times a day and I can’t emphasise enough the difference they’ve made to her life. They support mum in so many ways and have enhanced her life significantly, helping to minimise the physical and psychological impact of her health condition. The Complete Care carers support mum with various physical tasks, making sure her dignity is always maintained. Carers are respectful of mum's fierce independence, encouraging her to complete as many tasks as she can, and displaying patience and understanding however long this takes. Communication is excellent - carers ask questions to find out what support mum needs each day depending on her energy levels, talking through each task and listening to her needs, and are proactive in looking for tasks to complete. Carers are observant to mum's emotions, displaying compassion when her mood is low, and a positive attitude and humour when she feels happy. Each of the carers are professional, dedicated and reliable. They show up on time, and on the rare occasion this is not possible, they always call to let mum know when they will arrive. I’m so grateful for the support from Complete Care - knowing that mum is safe and cared for gives me peace of mind and allows me to enjoy time with her and maintain a loving relationship without stress or worry."

"I am writing this letter to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care you provided for my wife in her last months. She was not always the easiest of clients due to her underlying dementia and could be physically challenging, but all your staff approached her with love, kindness, and an appropriate amount of humour, never judging her or me when providing care was difficult. Your staff arrived with a smile and a kind word and left with a smile and a kind word, supporting not only my wife, but myself and making me feel less alone in a challenging time. During the last week of my wife’s life, I feel we became one large family for her. This consisted of my own daughters and your staff developing a magical relationship, where everybody worked together to provide a level of care beyond expectation, which has left me with some wonderful memories at a time which was incredibly difficult for me. There was a lot of laughter, some tears, and a unique sense of warmth that developed in those precious last few days, which is a testament to your team’s approach, dependability, and ability to adapt to any given situation. I feel words cannot express how grateful myself and my children are for the care you provided, and fully understand the deserved title you are given by a lot of your clients as the “Pink Angels”

Having you here has given mum the dignity and respect with friendship that we will always treasure. There aren’t enough words to express, we wouldn’t have wanted it any other way without you Pink Ladies being here, it has been a privilege having your care given at this difficult time and a blessing that Gemma could be here this morning for Auntie Margaret.
